Warranty Statement

The warranty period shall be for one year from the date that OptimumFX ships the product to the customer.

All repairs shall be handled as repair-exchanges. In other words, once an RMA (Repar Merchandise Authorisation) is raised OptimumFX will immediately ship a brand new unit from existing stock to replace the faulty unit.

If you have an existing unit which you suspect may be faulty:

  • Contact us immediately
  • One of our engineers will contact you to discuss the problem and check that we can’t repair the unit remotely
  • If the unit is faulty we will issue you with an RMA number and returns address.
  • Ship the faulty unit back to us in appropriate packaging. The customer takes responsibility for any damages to the unit caused by poor packaging or transit.
  • OptimumFX will ship a new unit to you typically within 5 working days.
